Alyssa is truly amazing. Training a very energetic, frustrated/happy, reactive pup can be tricky. Alyssa observes, listens and her insight is remarkable. She reads situations and dog behaviour so well, that she provides us with steps that are enough of a challenge, but doable. She creates confidence for both me and Rosie, as we build toward our goals. She really wants to help build a great relationship between owners and their dog. Alyssa sets us up for small successes. After each session, I feel that I have more in my tool box to tackle the world with Rosie! Alyssa has worked with us in parks, at home, with her house brother, her litter sister, in parking lots, busy areas, near dog parks and at her training land. Thank you!

Alyssa is THE BEST, my dog Hartley is a rescue and lets just say, he’s been a handful, when I first got Hartley he was a nervous pup, trained negatively, or should I say barely trained at all, and was 7 months old, Hartley was a bad nipper, resource guarder, tried to eat our cats, had accidents in the house, had extreme fear and due to the fear aggression towards men, listened to only me and had no recall, humped his brother, in working with Alyssa the only things that are still a big work in progress are the nipping, recall and humping. Hartley is also a Golden Retriever, Presa Canario, Lab, German Shepherd, HUSKY, Rottweiler so I may never get a 100% recall and that’s ok. Alyssa has also helped me as an owner truly understand how his breed makeup/genetics could effect his training and how I as an owner can help him as much as possible. In 5 months (4 of which we have been working with Alyssa) he has come so far and is such a different dog. Alyssa has full confidence in me as an owner and in Hartley as a dog to be able to get this far and further. Without Alyssa I’m not sure where we would be now. Alyssa has truly helped me change Hartley’s life for good and I can never thank her enough. If I could give a million/5 stars I would. I am so happy we have a trainer and friend like Alyssa💛
Alyssa is so calm and patient will any dog, she knew exactly what to do when I brought my new rescue dog to her for help bringing her out of her shell! She uses her instincts to immediately identify where there needs to be work done and explains it so well! The fenced in yard she has is also the best spot to take any kind of dog for a good play either with friends or by themselves!!! She is the best, I will always recommend her! 😘
